"Improvathon" to Benefit Family Tree
Bovine Metropolis Theater

24 Hours of Local Comedy Talent Featured at Charity Event

The Bovine Metropolis Theater will host a 24-hour "Improvathon" featuring The SanScript Players from 6 p.m. on Friday, August 1, until 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 2. Tickets for this special event are only $8 with all proceeds benefiting Family Tree.

"Bovine Metropolis Theater has a long association with Family Tree having done two Improvathons over the past eight years," says Eric Farone, Bovine's Artistic Director. "We believe that Family Tree provides an invaluable service to the community and we want to help them in their commitment to families."

The Improvathon will feature improv troupes from around the metro area such as Wordplay, Noisemakers, Synergy Players, The Generals, Club Sensationzzz and the On the Spot cast to name a few. The Bovine will also offer hats and shirts with proceeds benefiting Family Tree.
