RITA BRODERICK has been working as a stage and film actress and director for 20 years all over America. Originally from England, Rita has travelled across the states performing and training in various performing art mediums. In addition to acting, she teaches students at the Denver Center Theatre Company, the Denver Victorian Playhouse, and other venues. She was seen this summer as Francesca in The Glider at the Vic (And Toto Too productions). Some of her other Denver Theatre roles have included Marie in "Bold Girls," Tamora in "Titus Andronicus," Dr. Livingstone in "Agnes of God," and the fun-loving Bogle in "Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol." Rita heads up the Children's Program at the Vic.

She created major media events that featured Robert Duval, Jane Fonda, David Hasselhoff, George Burns, Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams Jr, Willie Nelson, Bonnie Rait and others. She was business manager of Skip Stephenson, star of NBC’s #1 show, 'Real People', and she was event manager for comedians Gary Muledeer, Sinbad, Jim Varney, and the famous Zanie's Comedy Club. Elaine was named Public Relations Person of the Year by the Nat’l Entertainment Journalists Ass’n, and she is a published author of many interviews, articles, stories, and jokes. Elaine left ‘the biz’ to move west and raise her family, and now resides in Denver, CO. She’s currently working on a relationship-themed pop-culture book, and she builds web sites for emerging actors. She is the mom of two cool teenagers- one of whom is an actor.
